Simply enter from DeSoto Street parking lot, through the double doors into the cafeteria. If you are unable to attend, please forward your proxy to a member of the Board of Directors or send with a neighbor. We need a quorum to conduct any business that may come before the assembly.

Homeowners meetings usually last an hour. This is your opportunity to voice your preference for the way dues are spent, the appearance of the entrance, or any other property rights issue you may want to discuss. [Bear in mind, however, that the association is comprised of volunteers.] Since Inverness has no more room for expansion, our focus is maintaining an attractive neighborhood to ensure strong property values and create a sense of community.
