The annual meeting will be held at the A.K. Suter Elementary School (Bayou and DeSoto) at 7:00 p.m. on January 12, 2010. Simply enter from DeSoto Street parking lot, through the double doors into the cafeteria. If you are unable to attend, please forward your proxy to a member of the Board of Directors or send with a neighbor. We need a quorum to conduct any business that may come before the assembly.
Homeowners meetings usually last an hour. This is your opportunity to voice your preference for the way dues are spent, the appearance of the entrance, or any other property rights issue you may want to discuss. [Bear in mind, however, that the association is comprised of volunteers.] Since Inverness has no more room for expansion, our focus is maintaining an attractive neighborhood to ensure strong property values and create a sense of community.
If nothing else, come by and meet your neighbors.

Click here to view the pictures. Annual Meetings Second Tuesday in January The annual homeowner's association meeting is always held on the second Tuesday in January. Watch for the sign at the front entrance to the subdivision to announce the time and location.
