  • What is the speed limit throughout the subdivision?   Answer: 25 miles per hour. Please drive cautiously and watch for children and pets in our neighborhood.
  • Who do I call when a street light goes out within our subdivision?   Answer: Gulf Power (850) 969-3111.
  • I'd like to build a shed in my back yard. Do I need permission?    Answer: Yes. You must submit written plans and specifications to the President of the Homeowner's Association. The President will forward your request to the Architectural Review Committee.
