Currently homeowner dues are $85.00 per year. They are due and payable to the Treasurer on January 1st of each year. Make checks payable to:

Dues not received by February 1, will be considered overdue and may accrue interest. Further details are available by reading through the Covenants.

(b) Purpose of Assessments. The assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Properties and for the improvement and maintenance of the Common Area and specifically for maintenance of the entrance, road right-of-way landscaping, Island landscaping, fencing along Bayou Boulevard, and the cleaning of debris from lots or building sites on which a residential dwelling has not yet been constructed.   Covenants, Paragraph #4(b).
